Nice long strands and a good color release. I am accustomed to Persian Saffron, and I have to say, this is somewhat different from the particular flavor and aroma I know well. It is somewhat less dimensional — it has a flatter profile. If you are also accustomed to using and tasting Persian Saffron, you might want to be use a pinch more of this than you normally would in a recipe.
