I've tried a bunch and nothing comes close to this.This one fiber makes me feel so content I have to remember to eat, usually when my energy levels dip. And I'm not even using a full scoop. Even at half a teaspoon this has allowed me to completely take control of my eating habits after months of effort.I'm not sure how the science works but something about this one is different. This is the only fiber I've found that makes any noticeable impact on my hunger. If anything I've lost weight too rapidly with this product - some caution needs to be applied.I read other Amazon reviews and decided to not give this product a chance to become a viscous undrinkable gel. I stick my fiber in a cup, add about an inch of water then use an electric whisk to quickly stir it with care to get everything I can off the bottom. Then I drink that immediately. Repeat twice. Then wipe down the cup to remove any lingering powder and let the cup air dry. Follow that by drinking as much water as you can. I've been doing this once a day daily.A couple times I had less water and felt... Well... Constipated. So the goal is to have plenty of water and early enough in the day where all that water won't interfere with sleep.After being on keto for about 8 months, I hit a plateau and started trying different tactics one by one to see which would work. This fiber was the difference maker and I'm finally losing substantial amounts of weight again.I have found that drinking this with coffee results in a slow release of caffeine. This may be helpful during major life events as I felt like Superman with that combination. But I also never got tired so I can't recommend it if your goal is to get a good night's sleep. Having it at least an hour after coffee has worked fine.This fiber is supposed to be ingested with food but I've found it works fine without. When I do eventually eat it seems to help with feeling satisfied much more easily.One thing I can say about this fiber compared to other ones is that other fibers for whatever reason gave me feelings of fullness but without satiety. My stomach would hurt but my brain would tell me to keep eating. I do not understand why this fiber helps tell my brain to stop eating. That is powerful but a little scary. It is highly effective for weight loss though.If you're comfortable with everything I've described, I would say go for it. The pleasant surprise is how affordable this product is for what it does.

I am using this in conjunction with Dr. Hyman's 10 Day Detox, so I can't really speak to its effectiveness since I am making a ton of other changes to my diet at the same time. What I can say is this stuff is nasty. It doesn't really have a taste, but it absolutely doesn't dissolve in anything. Tried adding it to morning smoothie but it turned the whole thing into yuckiness. I've found the easiest way to take it is to mix with a little water and swallow like medicine. Will definitely look for pills or another brand of powder. I will NOT be buying this again.

This product feels grainy going down and dose not dissolve well. However, It kept me feeing full all day.

Adding this product to my diet has made a noticeable difference in curbing hunger and improving digestion and elimination. It is NOT, as claimed, water/juice soluble and if added to a smoothie, makes it too thick to drink. I have settled on adding 1 scoop to 1 cup of apple juice and blending into a thin drinkable "applesauce." Great thickness to easily wash down vitamins.

This stuff clumps instantly when mixed with water or juice. It will not dissolve no matter how much you stir. Even when mixed in a juice blender, it still has big clumps. I bought the 5.3 ounce canister and don't let the size of the canister fool you. It is only filled half way inside with the product. The canister size is misleading. Made in Canada and I will not purchase again and am recommending you don't either.

Works like Dr .Mark Hyman said it would but be sure to drink it down fast before it gets too thick. Does the job well.
