The single package is enough to make a good meal from it. I made the first package with vegetable broth.

I thought this came with a flavor packet or instant soup stock but that is okay that it didn't. Usually the flavor packets of a lot of instant ramens out there are too full of salt and other unhealthy things. I bought this ramen because it was gluten free ramen. When cooked the texture and chewiness factor is quite equal to regular flour based ramens. Just remember to immediately drain and place in cold water after cooking it in boiling water. so it won't get mushy. Then go on to incorporate it into the rest of your dish whether it is to go into a soup or stir fry..

Absolutely love these noodles ! Found out recently that I have a gluten sensitivity , I literally can’t eat gluten anymore without feeling like I’m going to die. I loved instant noodles , i grew up on it and it’s a favourite to this day . Obviously I can’t have them anymore because they are not gluten free . It was pretty depressing 😅 Then I came across these , was a little skeptical but once trying them I can honestly say I’ve found my ramen noodle replacement ! They are sooooo good . Please note they don’t come with seasoning / broth packets - it’s just the noodles . But if you know how to make your own delicious soup base - these noodles are the perfect addition . They are even better then any ramen noodles I used to eat , so much more digestible and instead of feeling tired or bleh after I feel extremely energized! Definitely a new favourite & something I’ll be purchasing often.

I use these in a salad. I find they take a bit longer to soften up in the dressing but if you are gluten free I’d definitely give them a try.

I’m 7 months gluten free and have tried every gluten free ramen product! This is by far the best replacement for the real thing! Texture, consistency, and flavor are phenomenal. So glad I found these❤️. THANK YOU, I can now enjoy ramen again FINALLY!
