This stuff is serious business. It is flexible enough to roll up but Ridgid enough at the u bend to bend into shape and open the channel used to install it into your frame or door. I bought it for an off label use case. I have a massive gap at a rental house exterior door. The frame is crooked, the door is crooked, the latch has almost no where to put a 4 inches wood screw that can find purchase into anything solid. In the end it didn't do the job I intended it for. It was just too much and I ended up going with a stiffer flat almost V shape product that once doubled up worked out nicely ..once I repositioned the catch newly an inch and hollowed it out a bit. I happen to have a very large commercial formen JOBOX at work and I think this stuff is going to be just what I need to seal up the doors and canopy swing door. I just need to remember to take it to work with me.
