THIS WAS A REPLACEMENT
I purchased this product from this supplier and sadly dropped and broke it before I ever got to use it and therefore purchased a replacement. I could have purchased a cheaper one [and obviously a much more expensive one], but decided to stay with the same supplier because of their efficient service and the fact that they also supplied a useful catalogue of products.I have done a few test shots with this filter and so far I am very pleased, given that the end result was what I wanted to achieve. I am not a professional photographer, so this filter suits my needs, rather than pay well over £100 for a professional standard filter. This is not the first product I have purchased from this supplier and have always been pleased with their service and products.Tish

Great value
This ND1000 ten stop filter is excellent when you consider the price. I have photographed a scene using this while a friend used the much more expensive Lee Big stopper along side me. Both leave a slight colour cast, but if anything this SRB filter leaves less of a cast than the Lee Big stopper. Not as easy to use however as you have to remove the filter everytime you recompose the shot because it is so dark. It is easier to do this with slot in square filters. However given the price difference I think this product is excellent. I am attaching a photo taken with this filter, that shows how easy it is to correct the colour cast.

BRILLIANT
Like many people I wanted to try really long exposures without the expense of buying a top of the range (£100+) ND filter so when I saw this I was a little unsure given the really low price but any doubts were soon put to bed when I used the filter for the first time yesterday. OK, there was a very slight colour cast, but nothing that could not easily be fixed in Photoshop-shooting RAW here certainly helps.I don't think this is a filter I will use often, but it is certainly a useful one to have in the bag and at this price you really can't pass it up.One nice point: an exposure chart comes with it just in case you have problems working out the new exposure time!

a great filter
very well made filter allowing you to capture long exposures in broad daylight allowing for some excellent effects. being screw in makes it a bit more time consuming as focus msg be locked before screwing it in but you soon get the hang of it and frankly if you are looking at this you have an idea what you are doing and will no doubt read online forums and so on to recommend how to achieve the effect required so should be aware of the screw in vs slot based systems.

Great value 10 stop filter
Great optical performance and good value for money - I doubt an amateur (or maybe even a pro) would be able to tell the difference between this and the more expensive brands.
