I love this bra so much, I'm getting myself a second pair!Before getting a breast augmentation, I wore 32B bras and am usually a size medium in clothing. Going into surgery, I had 445cc silicone implants under the muscle inputted. I didn't know which size to get so I bought both the medium and large. Medium could fit but was wayyy too tight since my chest is still swollen. However, the large fits perfectly! Also for reference, my surgical recovery bra that was provided by my surgeon says it's a 36D (probably because of the swelling). So, anyways, the large fits just as snug as my original surgical bra but it's SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE!The sides of the bra is lower so it doesn't cut into your armpits. ALSOOOO, the sides has some extra padding. The cups are not padded but the bra is made with a thicker and softer material which helps with compression and reduction in swelling. The straps are also adjustable which is amazing and the front has 3 clamp levels. Another thing I love about this bra is that the bottom band that wraps around your bust is long and thick, which helps because it won't press into your stitches (if you got your incision under the breast).OVERALL: This bra feels like a cloud is hugging you. I don't feel like I'm very an annoying surgical bra. In fact, I would've probably liked to wear this even if I didn't get a breast augmentation!

I am a 32C. The size chart said to get a Small. The straps fit well (most are too long) but it squished me flat. I meant to return, but I’m terrible about that.

Runs very small, not sure why it gives the option for sizes, I think this is one size fits all. Loved it, wish they have this for full-sized larger breast.

I recently had a breast reduction and on my follow up visit I was given some recommendations on post op compression bras.This bra was on my list. As I read the reviews I decided to go up a size. My post op surgical bra that I had in when I left surgery was an XL hence why I decided to get a 2xl thinking it would give me a little breathing room and that was not the case.This bra is nice and fits snug but is not a great bra to heal in unless I got a 3-4xl to have more room.

There is padding under the bust and under the arms. It is so helpful in making this feel comfortable. I recently had an augmentation going from a 34b to a d/dd (not sure just yet - 430cc). I needed something with a little more compression but that was also not going to rub my inframammary incision. This has been very helpful. I ordered a large which is a 36 band because I knew I would be swollen amd holding water. That was a good choice for me personally. This is supportive and comfortable so I recommend it.

Comfortable and good support. It was hard finding the right size: simply put, the XL is 29" , 2xLARGE 31", and 3X LARGE 33". (Consider 1/4" shorter at the largest attachment point, and up to one inch & a quarter at its tightest point) Best wishes on your recovery or enjoy wearing this bra for good support during workout.

When a woman gets close to 60 she has real changes. With any bra you try even the big name large full support items you have sag over and whether it is underwire or the elastic band even the ones with the extra band for support underneath will cut in after a little while and make red sore spots. I bought this one hoping medical strength compression would stop the sag over and jiggle but it will not.

Buena calidad pero no es como se muestra en la foto, no tiene buen soporte para usarlo postoperatorio. Puede ser útil como un top deportivo.

Sitzt perfekt und fühlt sich sehr angenehm an. Vor allem schneidet nichts ein. Ich werde mir bestimmt noch einen bestellen.

Der BH ist zu klein geschnitten, obwohl die GRÖSSE L Bestellt wurde.Es wird verlangt beim zurück schicken, auf deine Kosten und vor allem auf Sendungsverfolgung. (Was ziemlich teuer ist in Österreich). Auf dem Packet muss auch die Bestellnummer darauf stehen.Mitte Mai habe ich es zurück geschickt, bis anfang Juni habe ich kein Rückgeld bekommen.

I bought this bra and I am really happy. It is very comfortable and it looks very nice and... sexy. It has many options to fit. I definitely will buy next one.
