You get what you pay for, and for the money these do a decent job. I'll be ordering again. I use them for cycling 30+ mile rides and they give me a little boost when I need it

Great product, but shelf life is only 8 weeks would be nice if mentioned in description. But for a pound and a box don't last long with me !
