I was skeptical about the silicone as my daughter had a silicone pan and had nothing good to say about it. Food stuck to it, and it was hard to clean and discolored. I made carrot cake muffins and was concerned that they would stick and be a mess. They did not stick and cooked evenly. The clean up was extremely easy and it still looks brand new after 2 uses. It is a miracle product in my book. I would highly recommend this product.

This is a well-worth-it upgrade over a normal silicone pan because it is sturdy and doesn’t need a cookie sheet underneath to not flop all over. Silicone is already an improvement over the old metal pans because the cakes come out easily without sticking and you don’t have to scrub like crazy to get the burnt bits off. This is the next evolution of the silicone pan and solves the only drawback they have of being too flexible.

Easy to manage easy to cleanI make individual quiches and vegie cups ( from my favourite vegie loaf recipe ) even muffins !! May need to buy a second when aim preparing meals for a crowd

Definitely worth every penny! I use them weekly, easy to clean, don’t stain, and aren’t as flimsy as others.

First let me say that I pretty much hate any kitchen gadget that can't be thrown in the dishwasher. Second, is there anything harder or more annoying to clean than metal muffin pans!? I love to bake, so when I saw this muffin/cupcake "pan" that is dishwasher safe I knew I needed it in my life! Here's what I LOVE about this pan:-HANDLES: You guys, it has HANDLES! Need I say more!?-STURDY FRAME: This is not the first silicone baking pan on the market, but what makes this one different is that it had a sturdy frame around it to keep it from flopping all over the place when you're trying to put it in and take it out of the oven. BRILLIANT!! I wouldn't use a silicone baking pan that didn't have a sturdy supporting frame around it.-EASY: By far the best feature of this pan is how easy it is to use and clean! NO greasy cooking spray or paper cups required! NO cutting around the outside of the cupcakes or muffins to get them out! NO baked goods falling apart in the removal process (just pop the cups inside out)! NO obnoxious soaking and cleaning routine after you're done baking! I just popped the cups inside out and rinse them off, then threw it in the dishwasher (though it was practically clean after the hand rinse). DONE! I can't tell you how happy this makes me. No rust, no hand drying, no scrubbing, no mess!-QUALITY: This is a very well designed and well made product. It does not feel cheap and the materials used seem high quality and sturdy. I feel like this is something that will last a long time with proper care.The only things I did not like so much:-SMALL: This is NOT a standard size muffin/cupcake pan. I thought it was when I bought it but it isn't. The cups are smaller by about a tablespoon and a half in terms of batter. I used this side by side with my standard muffin tin to make some blueberry muffins so you can see the difference in my side by side comparison pics. They're a cute little size to be honest and could be very useful for certain occasions, but I prefer the standard size for every day baking needs. I talked to customer service (very professional and helpful) and they told me the standard size will be released soon (HOORAY)! In addition to making a smaller cupcake/muffin, the bottoms of the cups are small enough to slip between the bars of my oven's baking rack which was a little annoying when putting it in and pulling it out of the oven. I had to position it just right to keep it from falling through.-BOTTOMS BURN FASTER: When using this pan side by side with my standard muffin tin using paper baking cups, the bottoms of the muffins in this pan got brown faster than my standard tin. For one, the additional layer of paper protected the bottoms of the standard muffins. For two, there was more batter in the standard tin so I had to leave them all in longer than I normally would. You can see how the rest of the muffin is perfectly cooked on the top and inside, but the bottoms are just a tiny bit more brown than I would like. If/when I convert to using these pans exclusively (which I absolutely will), I will adjust my cook times appropriately and probably won't have this issue because I won't be sharing the oven with a different type/size of pan.All in all I am VERY pleased with this product by Bake Boss and am excited for their standard size pans to come out! This is a must have in my opinion for any baker. Hope this helps!

This is my THIRD time ordering a large muffin pan. They are not created equal! So far this one is working great. Sturdy and the perfect size for egg quiches.

As long as you use muffin tins it is easy to take the muffins out. If you don’t, your muffins will spilt in half, I tried both ways to test itVery easy to clean

Only using it in the toaster oven...helps keep it clean without the use of foil.

My wife uses it in the oven for baking , it is marvelous !!

Made really sturdy.The cups could be made a little larger.Well the price is a bit steep.
