Q: Can these brown sugar cones be used to make German Feurzangenbowle? (flaming punch)

Super late answer but you can mix a little water and white sugar then pack it into a shot glass for a small cone or a larger cone shaped vessel for a larger cone then let it dry back out. It’s fairly easy to do. There are youtube videos as well.

It looked like dark brown sugar (not light brown sugar). Very dense.
