Kodiak CakesPower Bake, Non GMO, Protein Packed Muffin Mix, Double Dark Chocolate, 14 Ounce - No Preservatives

These were better than I expected. Not as chocolaty as a Dunkin Hines mix or something, not as sweet either, but good. I put butter on mine and it helped with the slight dryness. Also I realized later that I forgot to put the oil in when I made them, and they were still good! Haha. Anyway a little pricey for my budget but what a nice change for breakfast for this week. If you eat two of these (which is what it says is one serving), you will probably feel decently full unless you are super hungry. Good texture and easy to make too.

These double dark chocolate muffins are really good! I couldn't believe that these muffins were actually 100% whole grain. We've been eating their pancakes for years and are so happy to see that they are branching out. These appease the chocoholic in me and also the need to eat healthier.

WOW - this mix is absolutely awesome. Extreme chocolate flavor and keeps you FULL for hours. Mixed up the entire box for mini muffins. Hubbie was in his glory for days. I didn't have to freeze them but did put them in containers with lids (chinese restaurant containers - hahah) so hubby could take one for his travels each day for an entire week. I will definitely buy this brand again......

I bought this product because of the quality of the ingredients and minimal processing and I really enjoyed the muffins I made, but they were a bit dry and I didn't get to enjoy the full batch. Might need to alter the ingredient mix just a bit for best results.

They are good, but habe a lot of sugar.
