Real Fudge
This is what I call real fudge It is soft and smooth as fudge should be. Unlike the type where it looks as the sugar did not dissolve completely leaving it slightly crunchy. It is Vanilla and not over sweet just slowly melts on the tongue. Buying in a 1kg pack is a very economical way to buy. I have put 250g out for use now the rest went into the freezer in 250g packs. I hope that when used I will be able to buy the same again.
