Completely satisfied with the rail itself but the flange covers are imprecisely made and do not lock onto the flanges; a tweak with a pair of pointed pliers helped solve the problem but they still work loose so I shall try a glue gun.Since writing the above I have bought two more 24" rails and the flange covers fit perfectly this time. Oddly. they do not look like disabled aids at all, more like a towel rail with attitude. And they should last for ever.

Very good solid hand rails,ideal for for the elderly who need the strength of the rail,but they are also good to look at,been a excellent addition to the staircase without looking ugly,very good quality.Thank you.

As I said in the title this grab rail looks really good and once fitted feels really solid. I bought it after a fall and now feel much safer getting in and out of the bath/shower. The only reason I didn't give it the full 5stars is that the instructions said to fix with the fittings provided but there were non provided!

Purchase for new shower room. Choosing these because did not want obviously designed grab rails, but also for additional uses, eg placing a towel whilst showering, in place for balance but strong enough to pull on if necessary.Metal, brass with chrome finish.Look good, fixed and finished in position ready for use.

Does the job well and looks good. However it arrived minus the fixing screws and wall plugs despite the fact that the enclosed instructions referred to them. When I contacted the manufacturer they said they did not supply them. Case of misleading selling?

This was to replace a yellowing grab rail, looks so much nicer and still does the job. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this to add yet another rail to our shower room for my disabled husband. It is very strong, apparently easily fitted. Only given it four stars as it is wider (width wise ie the handle is thicker) than the photo gives the impression and as lots of people have said, for the price where are the screws!
