Honestly, I was looking for a electrolyte replacement for myself. I was having trouble with leg cramps and my chiropractor suggested pedialyte instead sports drinks. It seems to help and the flavor is awesome. I like that it is powdered form and I can carry it with me. I then can add it to my reusable water bottle. It is hard to find in stores and is a bit pricey. Still not expensive as drinks purchased at a restaurant tho and with benefits.

They're great, but still not as good as the premixed pedialyte.

Does what is says it will do, cure dehydration. May also help extreme sports exhaustion and alcohol sickness. This is by far and away the most pleasing flavor of all of the electrolytes out there and comes in small single size pounces convenient for travel.

Tremendous energy boost without the nervousness of caffeine. Good for any age bracket; ideal for babies and seniors. Carry with you, mix in a water bottle-single serving and great taste. Win/win 😊‼️

The powder packets are perfect for when you're not feeling well (due to too much drinking or being sick with a cold). The taste is good and it is easy to drink. Almost like drinking a Vitamin Water.

Pedialyte isn't just good for babies: it's great for hangovers as well. Be sure to take a bit of magnesium with this and drink plenty of water. Pedialyte is honestly the best thing I've found- make sure to add the exact suggested amount of water.

It is great tadting and made me feel better after being in the hot Florida sun.
