I absolutely love using this filter on my Fuji X100VI! When paired with Reggie's Portra film, it transforms even the simplest shots into something truly wistful and beautiful. What I really appreciate is that, as a filter, it provides not only dust and lens protection but also that lovely, subtle halo effect around light sources, which is a bit more refined than what you get with the Black Mist filters. If you want to see the differences for yourself, I highly recommend checking out various portraiture demonstrations on YouTube! Personally, I prefer this filter to the Black Mist - it just has that special touch.Now, I won’t lie, Tiffen filters come with a price tag! But let me tell you, the value is undeniable. You’re getting an original design that boasts an all-metal build. Sure, there may be cheaper alternatives out there, but nothing quite compares to the quality of this filter!

I absolutely love this filter! It stays on my Fuji X100VI 100% of the time. It's very subtle and not at all distracting when shooting portraits of people, and provides a beautiful soft diffusion on any light source. Especially perfect for shots at night for any lit-up signs, streetlights, etc. Super happy with the purchase!For what it's worth: I've also used Tiffen's Black Pro Mist filter (their 1/8 is the closest equivalent to this product), and while I like the BPM, I definitely prefer this Glimmerglass over the BPM because the Glimmerglass produces even better overall results for my liking. Go for it!

This filter will be staying on my x100vi 100% of the time. The subtle diffusion gives your photos that film vibe without being to over the top. Love the light diffusion this gives off.

Got this on my X100vi and love the way it looks. The bloom might be too much for some people but that's just preference. General consensus from various points seems to be that 1 is good, 1/2 might be okay but anything less is almost pointless. ALMOST pointless. Love mine though!

The media could not be loaded. Was looking at the Promist filters and ended up getting this. Glimmer Glass 1 49mm for the Fuji X100v is fantastic. Keep it on my lens at all time. Not too strong of an effect but gives it that soft bloom that's perfect for a nice soft glow for night images. Also great for Beauty images when used on my Sony alpha cameras.

I use it with my Fuji X100V very nice subtle softening look to images. Sometimes there is a rattling noise and I need to tighten the retaining ring.
