The media could not be loaded.  This is a great fan, and it is packaged well. In fact the delivery service put it to the test as they were not gentle at all with the package, and the fan inside was still in great shape. Some of the styrofoam and box was damaged by the rough handling of the delivery people (see pictures), but the product was protected.Upon opening the package I could immediately see that the fan is beautiful and modern looking with curvy/wavy blades. The motor is also very quiet while it's running, so you basically just hear the air movement. Additionally I love how you can either read an instruction manual or watch a video to learn how to install the fan. Both the video and the written manual are well made. Speaking of being well made, you can feel the quality of the parts. It doesn't feel like any part of the fan's quality is skimped on. All the pieces are sturdy and fit together perfectly. This quality and attention to detail can be seen and heard as soon as you turn the fan on since it is so quiet.In addition to a beautiful product, Sofucor definitely thinks of the installer when designing their fans unlike the big box store brands. Beyond the great instructions, I loved how almost all the wires are connected to just two clips that make it so you don't need to connect them with lots of wire nuts. As a result you don't have to connect lots of individual wires (which would probably hurt your hands), and you don't have a huge amount of connectors that need to be shoved into the electrical box. The wires that connect directly to the wires from the box need to be connected by wire nuts. I think this is the only area they could improve the wire setup even though they are already better than the industry standard. One possible way to do this would be to have an electrical lever style connector for the final connections to the electrical wire in the ceiling. That would make it so that not a single wire needed to be twisted together. Once the fan is installed, it runs very well. The motor is very quiet, and the fan is very responsive to both the remote and app (I haven't connected it to my Google yet). The fan also moved a lot of air. It's so nice to find a good looking fan that moves a lot of air. If you are looking at this fan, you should buy it.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this ceiling fan because it kinda resembles a flower and the light features. It was easy to install but I would recommend getting some larger washers, as the washers it came with were small and looked like they would slip. I've been enjoying the different lights orange, white and blue. I've found the warm orange tint to be my favorite. It gives the room a touch of color without overdoing it. The fan feature itself is really nice and has the ability to go pretty fast, and can reverse directions. This model also came with a remote control that's the perfect size and is super responsive. Overall I'm happy I upgraded my previous ceiling with this stylish new model.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a constant power fan, where the remote must be used. This fan has a collar at the base that hides screws at mount base, this collar is decorative feature but inhibits the fan from being mounted on a vaulted, pitched ceiling. Fan is ideal for flat mount ceilings. The blades on this fan are plastic, composite with wood grain. Company does have other fans with real wood if desired. For size of light, it is very bright and has 3 color settings. Fan speed, even on low moves alot of air. Very quiet when in motion. Great overall style.

The fan is very quiet and looks great. Remote control is very easy to use. The wall mounting bracket is really nice.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this fan. Pros can hook up to phone and operate all functions just like remote. I use in my bedroom all year long and the remote changing directions is a plus especially on a cathedral ceiling. The different light setting is great and adaptable to your preference, room, and use. It gives off a lot of wind even on low. And there is absolutely no noise. I didnt even have to have it balanced.Only complaint is it doesnt seem to go to a low (just barely move air speed). The service department immediately responded and thought the remote may be the issue. I received a new receiver and remote in a few days. The new remote did not have the phone app capability and fan still pushes a lot of wind even on lowest setting. As of now not worth returning .

Do not buy this fan unless you are very EXPERIENCED replacing/assembling fans… the instructions are the worst. They took the effort to number the parts but don’t tell you the name of the part, so when the part is referred to you have no idea. They show a picture of the assembly but use a black fan with black parts and the persons hands have a black gloves on… what were they thinking???

I own 4 Sofucor fans and they all work great. They're very quiet and pretty easy to install. My only problem with this fan is the low setting "1" is about 3 or four on the other fans. It turns too fast. The Alexa wifi connection works great, and since this is wifi enabled I hope they can push a firmware update. Maybe they can slow it down.
