Being born and raised in Colombia I was skeptical about trying a coffee from another country, but I am so glad I tried Roblesabana! This coffee is so smooth. I love programming my coffee maker and waking up to the aroma of this coffee in the morning. I very much recommend it!

Mild Wine-like Fruity Flavor
CON- This is more like a light roast than a “Medium to Dark Roast” flavor as claimed in the item title. Other places in the Amazon description it just claims to be medium roasted.- It is lacking in roast and caramel flavors. I don't get any "chocolate and brown sugar fragrance."- The beans are a bit pale like a light roast (see picture compared to Eight O'clock).- Rather expensive.PRO- Mild, smooth fruity wine-like flavor. Very nice.- They claim to pay fair value directly to the producer. It is a women owned business.- If it matters to you: 100% Costa Rican coffee with a cupping score of 83 points (Specialty Coffee Association of America).

consistently excellent coffee
I have ordered Roblesabana coffee for myself and occasionally for my in-laws for well over a year. It’s consistently of high quality and makes a cup (or two) of coffee that I look forward to every morning. The customer service also is always prompt and friendly. My personal favorite is the Las Lajas, but I like them all. Highly recommended!

Rich in aroma
Comes in packaging that will make this giftable. I use a super-automatic Saeco expresso machine to make my daily coffee beverage. These beans are not greasy and will work well in this machine. Using greasy beans tend to clog up the machine over time. When freshly brewed, I can smell the rich aroma of these coffee beans. It does taste different from the local coffee beans or Italian coffee beans. Love these!
