I previously used a well reviewed hydraulic arm type monitor arm, but even though my monitor was within the requirements, I found that it would slowly droop.This time around, I specifically hunted for the sturdiest, fixed arm mount, and that led me to this Duronic model. I bought another variant of this model range at the same time from somewhere else as well as it was considerably cheaper, and better yet it turns out that the add on arms are interchangeable. This proved extremely valuable in poisitioning my screens where I need them. A very simple, heavy duty moint.I highly recommend this model range from Duronic if you require one of the sturdiest mounts available.

This has so far been a very nice product, helping to clear up space on my desk and is much sturdier and more stable than the foot that came with my monitor. As with any mount like this, you'll really need to muscle the bolt that controls monitor tilt or it will fall forward over time, although since getting it tight enough I haven't had to retighten it at all. The screws included were too long for my monitor, even with the spacers, but a few minutes with a hacksaw saw everything sorted.

I was slightly worried as this said solid but it still moves vertically, horizontally and 180 degrees so it really is not actually solid apart from not having an arm. For the price you really cannot go wrong. I am using an LG 29 Inch ultrawide monitor with it even though it says that is too large and the thing is solid and I have no concerns at all about using it.One things to note make sure you have the right size screws. LG use a slightly smaller screw than supplied. Luckily I had some spare.Very Pleased Duronic Thank you.

This review is for the Duronic DM451X1 Solid Single LCD/LED Desk Mount Monitor Stand.Excellent product. I bought two of these rather than one designed for two monitors. Product is very easy to assemble, sturdily built and comes with all the necessary fittings and tools: bolts (two lengths), spacers and allen keys. Also in the package is a self adhesive pad to stop it marking the top of your desk, a clip on cable tidy and three velcro cable ties. Duronic seems to have thought of everything. Should I need more in the future I would have no problem with ordering from this company again.

Item deleivered quickly, opened the box and checked the content. All is well.Really easy to assemble, there is a manual included (didnt waste time reading it).There is room for future improvement, however this will increase the cost of the item.At this price point its probably one of the best monitor stand around.Including the item and P+P cost under £21, thats very good value.Things they can improve on:Cable tidy clamp, it needs to be more robust, I used cable tie / zip tie to hold it in place.The clamp could be better, not all desks are 10cm in thickness, I had to modifiy the desk to fit.Around. My Desk work surface is just over 1inch thick.

I've used this stand to replace the (very limited) stock stand of the (otherwise excellent) 40" UHD monitor Philips BDM4065UC, using the Brateck VESA Adapter plate (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00620L20O) to bridge the gap from 100x100 to 200x200.It works, but barely. The total weight of the monitor with the adapter plate is 9.5kg. The stand is rated at 13.8kg, so clearly that should work just fine. However, that's not quite the case - the tilt axis in particular seems like it was not designed to handle such a heavy load, and I had to overtighten it like crazy to prevent the monitor from "backing down" as soon as I let go. Needless to say, I am now keeping the stand in a completely static position out of fear that fiddling with it too much will make the tilt axis fail completely.On the bright side, the stand seems very solid and trustworthy in all other aspects. If you have a monitor that's lighter than mine, definitely go for it. On the other hand, if you are planning to use it with a heavy monitor, exercise caution and don't expect to be able to use it in anything other than a static, pre-set configuration. Unfortunately you probably won't have much of a choice, since VESA stands capable of handling more than 8kg seem to be really hard to find.

Very good product. Gives us some more space on the desk which would normally be taken up by the stand of the screen. Also allows the screen to be adjusted so that you can work without craning your neck. Excellent value and good quality. Up and working in a matter of minutes

Von dem Hersteller habe ich bereits ein Tisch-Klemm-Standrohr für zwei Bildschirme (übereinander), mit dem ich seit Jahren sehr zufrieden bin. Die Auswahl viel deswegen nicht schwer.Erneut bin ich von der Lieferung begeistert. Es ist alles dabei! Halterung, Schrauben, Stoffkabelbinder, Distanzstücke, klebbare Auflageped. Alles sauber verarbeitet.In 15 Minuten montiert und eingestellt. Vorteil: Bildschirm ist jetzt höhenverstell- und schwenkbar. Ohne den alten Standfuß ist mehr Platz auf dem Schreibtisch.

Muy buen producto, instrucciones concisas y claras, viene con tres juegos de tornillería y unos separadores para el anclaje VESA del monitor, por lo que es casi imposible que no te valgan alguno de los que trae. El mástil se fija con el soporte de palomilla a prueba de bombas, muy buena calidad de materiales.

J'ai pris ce pied car j'avais besoin de placer mon écran 21/9 juste au-dessus de mon MacBook. Il est de très bonne facture et son installation est très simple. Ce modèle ne permet pas de translater l'écran, il est nécessaire d'acheter un bras en plus mais je n'en avais pas besoin. Par contre, vous pouvez simplement modifier l'inclinaison et même effectuer une rotation.Mon écran a une hauteur réduite par rapport à un écran 16/9 traditionnel donc je n'ai pas de problème. Si vous faites du dual screen avec un laptop en dessous, assurez-vous que vos 2 écrans ne se chevaucheront pas car le bras ne permettra pas forcément de placer votre moniteur assez haut.

I really like this monitor stand, super clean professional look and great quality materials on the build. I mounted an LG Electronics UM65 34UM65 34-Inch Screen LED-Lit Monitor. This is an ultra wide 21:9 aspect ratio monitor and exceeds the recommended size of 27". The monitor I used is heavier than what the vertical actuating arm can handle. I have tightened the joint as far as possible but it will still tilt down under it's own weight. I had to cut a piece of Styrofoam and wedged it between the monitor and the post and it holds just fine now. I won't take away a star because I knew this monitor was going to be larger than what was recommended.

Il pacco è arrivato dopo sette giorni danneggiato, anche se non gli ho dato peso data la natura del contenuto : infatti all'interno non mancava nulla nè erano presenti graffi.Il modello che ho acquistato io, solid 1 monitor senza bracci, arriva inscatolato e disassemblato. Semplicissimo il montaggio : basta attaccare il pad in silicone antiscivolo alla base del supporto e fissarlo al tavolo grazie alla morsa a vite che non serve neanche stringere forte; lo stativo sarà solido ed inamovibile. Dopodichè va fissato il supporto VESA al monitor (arriva completo di viti e distanziali, che ho trovato molto comodi per distanziare un poco il monitor dal fondo della scrivania e far passare i cavi all'interno), va infilato il fermo e stretto a mano ed infine infilato il monitor. Ora non resta che mettere il "tappo" di plastica al cilindro metallico ed usare le tre fascette con velcro per gestire i cavi.Finalmente potrete regolare il vostro monitor in altezza, inclinazione e ruotarlo a piacimento. Poter finalmente passare alla visualizzazione verticale è un sogno che si realizza ed avere lo schermo ad altezza occhi migliora notevolmente l'esperienza. Inoltre lascia molto più spazio sulla scrivania rispetto alle classiche ed ingombranti basi.Sembra essere estremamente solido e durevole, spero che le mie aspettative non mi deludano.
