This is one of the best binders i've ever had and is great to swim in, but can be worn just as a normal binder. It's really improved my confidence and it can be worn much more comfortabley yet effectively than other binders i have tried. (FTM). This is actually one of the best binders i've tried, by far,

Does not fit properly - total workout
Comfortable when you eventually get it on and fits okay but nearly got stuck trying to take it off! Whole tank top is a complete workout in itself to get on and even worse to get off. Shorts do not fit correctly either. This was all done by the size guide provided by Baronhong.

Ripped apart
Went to put on one time and it's ripped. So disappointed as I was meant to go swimming that day. Couldn't go.

if you dont want to breath then buy it - i even sized up - and it was still far too tight to breath - the binding part of this binder doesnt actually have any give in it for breathing, its dangerous and i wouldnt want anyone to go through that!
