We purchased these from our business bathrooms and we were excited to find dispensers that we could fill with our own soap to save money on expensive refills.We had them up for two days and each morning, we would find a huge, slippery puddle on the floor immediately below the dispenser.These got sent back to Amazon and we got a refund.

I waited for a couple of months before reviewing this item so I could give a good review of it. So far it has been great. It seems to be sturdy and I have had no problems with it what so ever. I ordered two of them and both have been a great replacement to what I had before. It is quick and easy to refill. I am very pleased with this item.

After a few months of use the "valve" is leaking soap all over the floor so every day i had to refill the soap which is terrible waste of money and time. I'm an engineer so i tried to root cause the problem over the few months since I don't have a lot of time but after implementing four solutions i.e. reinforcing the valves connecting pieces at three different locations with teflon tapes and etc. nothing worked until the last solution. It's a design defect with the housing which has a simple solution. Has not leaked in the last two days after i implemented the fix. Don't buy this until their product designers contact me so i can help them implement the design tweak for their next product revision.

Great product for the price. And hey they had these at my daughters school and she washed her hand every time at school . At home not so much bought 2 and she washes everytime without being told.

I think for the price was well worth it the product. I’m very pleased with my purchase so far.

Work great in the beginning now slipping when dispensing.
