High Quality
I was going to build an urn for my late mother-in-law but decided to buy this instead. It's a good quality box that perfectly fit her remains. The bottom has four screws that you will need to remove to add and then seal the ashes inside.If there was one thing I would add, felt lining, like other urns I've seen would be a good addition. However, the box is meant to not be opened often so I guess it doesn't matter. It would just be a nice touch like the other urns I purchased as well.Other than that, certainly a proper resting place for someone you love.

Beautiful just wished it was larger.
I loved the simplistic beauty of this urn. It was exactly what I was looking for. The reason for deducting a star is my dad's ashes did not fit. This said it was for a 200 lb person and that is what he weighed a month before he got really sick, lost a bunch of weight, and passed away from cancer. I would caution that this urn might not be large enough for a typical adult.

A most important purchase
Beautiful quality and arrived carefully packaged. Appreciated the care in which it was made, packaged and delivered. I wanted something natural (wood) with a hint of my faith in Jesus Christ (cross pattern) but not overdone. I looked for quite a while and kept coming back to this one. Glad I did.

Bad Advertising
You advertised this urn for a 200 lb male. Our son was 188 lbs. The urn was too small. Very disappointed at a time when our sadness is at its highest

This wooden box is warm and comforting to look at...
...unlike the traditional metal or ceramic urns. Don't go by the weight recommendation. Since cremains are only ground bones, the capacity should go by height. My wife was 5' 6", 130 lbs and the bag of cremains filled the box.I'm very happy with the quality and price and this box will be more than acceptable until I decide on our final resting place.
