Brush was okay, in that I can scrub my back, but...1) Bristles are a bit on the coarse/stiff side - okay for me; wife=not;2) The bristles are still shedding - not as bad as the first week;3) The handle shape is not very ergonomic;4) The teak has already split, through the bristles.I will continue to look for a durable, inexpesive brush.

Would have liked stiffer bristles

The brush is handle is not ergonomically suitable for women's hands. the girth is much too wide. I often drop it during my shower and can't use it at all in my right hand (weaken by arthritis). However, boar bristles feel great. I must order another back brush with a narrower handle.

HARDWOOD HANDLE IS DIFFICULT TO HANG ON TO. Nice brush, bad design. Do not recommend.
