Exactly what I was looking for. Bought these for my son who wanted a workout area in his room. He uses these on a pull up bar and work great. I have used them and support me well and feel extremely durable. The carabiners and handles are well made and can use these for multiple exercises. Love these resistance bands. The whole box is very portable to be able to workout even on the go

Very high quality, extremely versatile
These bands are even better than I expected! I use them in conjunction with free weights and barbell lifting. The carabiners on the handles are large and solid metal and hold up brilliantly under the tension of even the heaviest bands. I wholeheartedly recommend!
