Product is plastic yet looks like glass. The candle can be on, off or has a timer. The timer function is like 8 hours so it can run your batteries down faster if used everyday. The flicker is gorgeous, it’s durable and looks expensive. Very easy to use and it takes 3 AAA batteries for each lamp. Easy to clean and the brightness is a soft glow but gives you some light on my porch. The candle is white but “burns” a soft yellow. Very pleased with this purchase.

I bought these before Christmas and set up the timer and didn't have to worry about them again. The battery life was acceptable too, if you don't run them 24/7. I simply turned them to the "timer" setting at 5 pm, and every night they come on at 5 and go off 6 hours later. Easy and they look nice!

Though thermoplastic, they are a nice, well-made replica of the metal lanterns. The timer option is convenient. No assembly required, just install the included batteries. The flicker flame adds warm and realism to the lanterns. I wish they offered a taller option as well. I'm happy with my purchase, Black Friday buy, even better !!

I thought it was solar but it’s not. Battery life is less than a month.

I purchased two lanterns, half expecting for them not to meet my expectations; however, it went beyond that. I absolutely LOVE these lanterns. I hung them both on my wall, since they are lightweight, and the flickering candle is so soft and homey. Not only is this my first lantern purchase, but it's my first candle decor that is battery operated. The lantern also has a timer on it, which I utilize as a night light. The one snag, which happens sometimes, is that the hanging hook did come damaged; however, once I emailed about the hook, a representative quickly responded, who was both very professional and apologetic, as they are very concerned about the quality and packaging of their product and customers being 100% pleased with the product, and she not only sent me a replacement hook free of charge, but sent me a 2nd one as a "just in case" gift. They take pride in their product and this is why it's 100% guaranteed, comes with a 1 year warranty AND free life time customer service. I could not be more pleased with the product and integrity of this company. I will not hesitate to purchase again from them.

These lights are really pretty but one of them came broken. two of the corners are broken. The seller was great. I messaged them and within a few days I had a replacement and they look so pretty. I am very happy with the product and the seller.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a decorative 14” LED lantern that has completely exceeded my expectations in so many different ways! The appearance of this lantern is adorable. The candle flickers inside the lantern, giving a very realistic and classy appearance. I find it very relaxing to look at. I currently have my lantern on my fireplace mantel where it looks amazing for the winter. I am surprised that for such a reasonable price I could get such a beautiful candle lantern with all the features it came with. This lantern is able to be used indoors or outdoors, it came with the 3 batteries it needs, and it came with my favorite feature- an automatic timer! I love that I have the option to either turn this on or off like a normal product, or I can use the automatic timer feature. The timer feature allows it to be turned on for 6 hours, it turns itself off for 18 hours, it then turns itself back on for the same 6 hours as the previous day. It will then continue turning itself on and off in this manner without you having to do anything. I really do love it! Every evening when the sun goes down, my lantern is set up so it automatically comes on without me having to touch it. I am looking forward to moving it outside to my flower garden for the summer. If I could use one word to describe this product it would be FUN! I can’t imagine anyone not loving this product. If you are thinking about getting it- do it! You won’t regret it. I am trying to decide who to buy this for as a gift while I am writing this!

Wires eventually become loose after some time causing the candle to stop lighting. I thought it may have been coincidental. It happened again after a second purchase. Lantern looks great, BUT, the wiring eventually becomes loose. Very disappointing!

The 1st 2 lanterns did arrive broken, but customer service was absolutely incredible, quick to reply and they were very apologetic, and immediately sent replacements. I couldn't have asked for better service, they are awesome!!The lanterns are super cute, the product comes with everything (candles, batteries, etc), and very lightweight for hanging without fearing your whole wall will be ripped apart.

The lantern’s were exactly as described. We like how they have a built in timer. We also appreciated the communication we received from the vendor.

Not the size I was looking for.

Bright Zeal is a great company to deal with and stands behind their product. When I received it one of the hangers (which you screw on when the lantern is received) was cracked so I couldn't hang it. When I sent a photo and brought it to this company's attention, it was dealt with more than fairly and promptly by "Laura" and I had the replacement within days. For the price of this product, it is well made and really looks great. I would definitely recommend it.

Love these. We hung them on either side of our front door. They don't give off much light but they look great.
