EDIT: Very professional/proactive customer service - the company has offered to replace the damaged items for free.They look really cool, but both of them came with the boxes somewhat torn up and when I pulled one of them out, there were scratches all over the lid. I don't care enough to mess with returning it, but it always sucks to get a product that is already damaged, even if it's just cosmetic.

I bought this jar for use in my kitchen to keep spices fresh longer. I filled it with home grown basil leaves which I use in preparing italian dishes. This jar should save me money by keeping anything I store in it fresher for a longer period of time. This is a very solid well-made glass jar. It was packaged in a box with an interesting logo which was repeated on the jar itself.

Cool jar but the label came peeling off

Overall, this is a nice, high quality stash jar. The glass seems thicker than normal jars. I tested if it’s smell proof and it does the job.It came in a nice box, so I’ll probably order another as a gift.
