Strong!
These were way to install. They are very strong & work incredibly well!

Strong hold
These are perfect for keeping the doors open. Our doors always try to slowly close or the pets will push them closed. I did notice we bought these 2 separate times and one set has a stronger magnetic hold them the other so we have to pull a little harder to break the hold. Overall, they work out perfect for us.

Very strong magnets
These have very strong magnets and takes a good pull to release them from each other. Unfortunately for me it pull off and took the paint off the door. Easily touched up but I wish the magnets were less string. I only wanted something to hold the door in place when windows are open and there is breeze that would slam the door closed and possibly lock my pets in a room.

Very helpful
This product is great. The only problem I had was unscrewing the pieces from the base. It was almost impossible. Other than that a very good product.

Need patience to install.
Mounted these on two doors, in my bathroom and bedroom. They are well made and the magnets do a good job securing the doors. Installation can be tricky: The base mounting plates were attached so tightly, and are so thin and razor sharp, that I had to cover them in duct tape and clamp them in a vise to loosen them. (You have to remove them to install the mounting screws.) Because of narrow baseboards, I had to use longer screws and mount the bases on the wall. The backing on the adhesive mounting pads is extremely difficult to get off, but holds well once you do. Installation was harder than it needed to be!
