The supplied adhesive pads did not stick well enough to the magnetic rods, but worked okay on my non-magnetic door surface. Separately purchased 3M "Command" brand removable adhesive strips stuck well enough to the rods but were too thin to fill the uneven gap between the rods' magnet and the door. What finally worked was a 3M Command strip on the rods' magnet surface and then sticking that to the door via the thicker supplied adhesive squares. The result is worth the effort and looks great.

I only rate as a 4 of 5 because you have to take these down completely to remove the curtains for cleaning. They hold well and look great but I will have to change the double sided tape every time I want to change them.

Visually, there's are what I was looking for as I found it nearly impossible to find small, brushed nickel courts in rods for my narrow sidelight windows. However, the magnets are not strong at all and they fall off the windows all the time. I will be buying the 3M no damage hanging strips to put on the back of these to better secure them to my windows.

These fit perfectly on my sidelights, although you will need to order two sets of you have a sidelight on both sides of the door.

Worked great, they have held up well on my foyer.
