Great belt!
I use this belt in my home gym. Rather than having to hold 40-50 pound heavy dumbbells, I put two of the 15 or 20 pound dumbbells on the belt. Then I put 30 to 40 pounds in each of my hands. I am able to lift heavier because of this belt. I am now lifting 80 to 100 pounds using only dumbbells, because I am able to get 30 or 40 pounds on this belt. Win-win for the home gym!!

Doesn’t support heavy load
I got this and I didn’t even use it maybe three times before the stitching started to break when I put 25lbs on each side. Highly disappointed. A friend bought me another one for my birthday and I’m happy with that one Instead of this one that I bought.

This product is absolutely fantastic! I've added 25lbs weights to it and perform my workouts at home since my gym doesn't offer exercises for this yet. It's incredibly easy to use and adjust. Highly recommended!
