I ordered and returned two other belts before this one.By far the most supportive and comfortable.Feels very stabilising and supportive after a c section.

Very easy to use and alter tightness. Provides instant back pain relief and when worn on top of clothes you can hardly tell you are wearing something underneath unlike alot of belly binders.

Quality ok not comfortable as it rides up all the time being just under breasts rather than tummy it's not great when trying to work post operative

Support is poor, very flimsy, does nothing for your posture, you'll have a better outcome rapping a jumper round your postpartum stomach, which would do so much more than this belly band. 1 good thing, material is breathable, but thats about it.

I am a male, I was diagnosed with Diastasis Recti (separation of abdominal muscles) which typically happens in females during pregnancy, but sometimes happens to men. I came across this item and decided to give this a try. I am 5'11" at 190lbs and it did a good job of covering my entire abdominal area. It is well made, very stretchy and provides pretty good support to the stomach muscles keeping them in place while I move. Initially it came with hard plastic inserts, after a while they seemed to dig in a bit under my arm area. I was going to give this product 4 stars because of that, but I realized they can be pulled out and used without it. So, I removed them and now there is no problems. I've only had it for a couple days but I like it. It seems to do what it was made for.

This item works for hernias too. Love its comfortable fit and snug shaping efficiency. Excellent quality.

This was a great product

Used postpartum after having a csection. Worked great but do find it a bit stiff. It is very long so you would need a ling torso to make this work. It's hard to be comfortable in this because it's so stiff but I can say it definitely provided support at a time of need. Straps make it super adjustable for all sizes petite or large, which means it can provide support during pregnancy and after or simply if you have back pain and need extra support.
