I purchased a second one to use on the front garden because the first was so good. After a very short period the second one stopped working correctly, the water direction was not correct . I logged in to Amazon and in less than 5 mins the supplier had informed me that a replacement was on the way to me and the return label was ready to print , I simply handed the item to the postman , what could be easier, also the product is very robust and works really well, so nice to get old fashioned good service.

Not the cheapest but excellent quality that will last for years

Great service. I’ve honestly reviewed the product as it did break after few weeks near the handle connection but high praise to the seller as contacted them with a picture and a replacement sent out for free within a week. Thank you.

The metal hose connector at spray gun handle base, caused the plastic below to crack causing water to spray from handle base. Not fixable. Spray gun became useless. It only lasted about a year. Very Disappointed.

This is predominantly a solid item BUT the speed adjustment dial on the back is weak plastic and snapped quickly. The trigger locking mechanism is also weak plastic and this is now my second unit in 2 years.I expected more, it has the metal connector and felt solid, but just seems that they have cut corners in some areas of the production.

Die erste Spritze ging nach etwas über einem Jahr kaputt. Das Wasser lief aus dem Griff. Die Ersatzlieferung hatte das gleiche Problem bereits nach 1 Monat.

Très décevant. Après 2 mois d'utilisation le pistolet fuit par la poignée, et c'est le 2ème que j'achète et qui fuit au même endroit. À ce prix là, on aimerait que ça dure plus longtemps !Je déconseille fortement.

Trop léger pour un usage professionnel il vaut mieux prendre le modèle à 40€ environ mais parfait pour un privé
