This is cute, a good size and seems to stay warm. But it does NOT smell like lavender. It smells like whatever grain it is stuffed with. If you are going to buy this and want it scented, you'd better buy some essentials oils too.

It’s a little pricey compared to similar products but my kids love Squishmallows and I splurged for their Christmas gift. The quality is good, it smells wonderful, it’s very cute and she loves it. Me careful to follow the hearing directions because it will definitely melt/burn if you don’t!

First of all, I love it! It’s a cute soft fluffy axolotl with a nice warm heating pad and it’s nice and cuddly. The only thing that makes me give it a 4 star, is the inevitable burnt popcorn smell that happens when you microwave it. It does eventually die down into that relaxing lavender scent, but every time I microwave it my parents think I’m burning something. It’s very great other than that though! You might hear the grape seeds inside popping, but it’s no big worry, though that may be what’s producing the smell. I personally would love it without the smell. It soothes cramps and makes me feel relaxed! I’m not sure how durable it is, but I hope it lasts a long time.

Perfect gift for my daughter. Easy enough to use. Put the insert in the microwave for approximately a minute and a half and it's ready. The heat lasts about 30 minutes then you'll need to microwave again. It's also super soft and plush.

This squish mallow heating pad is so cute! It was larger than I expected, which is a positive thing. It is easy to warm up in the microwave and kept warm for quite some time.az

I ordered this for my 3 year old who has sensory processing disorder and loves hearing pads and axoatles. She was super excited when it came. It's super cute and squishy, but we heated the pad one time and the lavender scent was so overwhelming. She started coughing and said it smelled gross. It was definitely pungent. I could even smell the lavender before I heated it.Honestly if it wasn't for the strong scent it would have been perfect. It has a little weight to it, the pad comes out of the squishmallow so if it gets dirty you can remove it to clean just the squishmallow itself. It's a good product, we just couldn't handle the lavender scent.
