I got one but it only hits 28 mph and im 150 pounds

Bike took exactly one week to arrive after ordering, actually 6 days but no one was home to sign for it the first time, so keep that in mind. Have only had it for a little over a week now, but can't find a single bad thing to say about it. Limiter is set to 25mph from factory, but this can be raised or lowered in the settings on the display. Bike is bigger than I thought it would be, I am 6 foot 1, 185 lbs, and it fits me great. Battery life seems to be as long as advertised, and the Samsung battery has passed all 3 certification processes, so I don't feel worried about the issues we have all seen online with cheap batteries. Easily the best looking Ebike at this price range in my opinion. Plenty of power, headlight is super bright and lights up the whole road, and the bike as whole feels sturdy and well-built. You can look on YouTube and see it is popular in Europe and has a good reputation. I am sure price will be going up soon. I saw all the replacement parts you could ever need are available on AliExp. Haven't had to deal with customer service, so can't comment there. But overall, very satisfied with this purchase as my first Ebike.Update 4/13/24: Stand by my original assessment, this bike is so much fun! Battery life is incredible, I'm on a mission to get it down to the last bar, but I haven't charged it for a week and I'm not even at half yet. I have had some questions, and customer service has been awesome, super responsive and helpful, and even emailed me some literature on the display that I asked for.

Bought as a birthday present for son. The gears in the rear hub motor melted after 1 month of regular riding in local residential streets and local parks. No heavy dirt bikes or hills at all we live in south florida. Manufacturer sent replacement we installed. Gears melted again after 1 month. Manufacturer sent an entire motor this time, we installed the gears melted again after 1 month of riding. Manufacturer offered to send 2 sets of gears this time. We said we need a real fix i can't be replacing gears every month. They have stopped responding at this point. Avoid this product. Buy quality we are completely screwed out of $2,000.
