This lamp replaces a halogen lamp I had for years when my dogs yanked it out of the wall and cracked the transformer. In any case, this is safer, I think than a halogen lamp as it draws less power. The long arc is what I need to go over a music stand or a piano music stand and the lamp is light enough to move from piano to music stand (they aren't near each other.) The dimmable feature is nice for reading, but I need it on the brightest setting. I can position it low for the guitar stand or higher for the music stand.Assembly is simple: screw together the pole, screw it into the base. Attach the ac adapter and plug into a wall socket. The light switch is a touch switch on top.I miss my old halogen lamp but in a way, this is better as the light is longer and goes across a page of music.

This is the perfect little light. It's lightweight come easy to move around. It has way more settings then you will ever need. As far as changing the colors of your light in the atmosphere. I wanted a light that didn't light up the whole room I have plenty of those I wanted a light that would only light up a certain area rather be a keyboard on a computer or something that I'm writing at my desk, or perhaps just something I'm working on with my hands that small. The brightest setting of this light is really bright. The only negative I would say about this light is it's so lightweight that you have to be careful that it doesn't tip over. And that's not a bad little negative. I love it. It's exactly what I was looking for.

I would like to give the product 5 stars. Was easy to assemble. It’s perfect for my lash studio adjustable top. Light dims and brightens perfect. Changes color to suit my needs. But the BASE DOES NOT FIT THE LAMP POLE. Will not twist and lock into place. The hole in the lamp base that connects the bottom to the lamp does not screw on. It doesn’t even hold. I had to use an epoxy resin to fixate the base to the pole then use electrical tape to make it stay. Unfortunately I did not have time to return the product because I needed it THAT DAY. Disappointed for sure but thankful I was able to get it to work for me.

I was a little skeptical when I saw the box was so small! I took out the pieces and studied them for about five minutes and realized what end went where and it was done! I had to read a review to figure out how to turn it on and off, one tap to turn on, two taps to turn off. I'm still a little fuzzy on how to change the colors. But thats not that important to me. For the price, it's exactly what we needed - a little light for the computer desk.

For it s price, definitely worth it! I use the lighting to apply eyelash extensions and to take the before and after pictures.Also you have the option to easily take it apart and put back together in case you want to work in someone else’s home!Has different settings, portable, what more can you ask for at this price? It’s perfect!One thing to note, if used for a long period of time it does start to give off heat. I know some lash techs need lights that don’t give off heat, it’s nothing major at all. Just something to note. I do have mines on for multiple hrs at a time.

This is a great lamp at a great price. It is almost invisible, it is stylish, and it has an adjustable, covered goose neck so you can put the light virtually anywhere you want. It also swivels. It lets you choose, with the touch of a finger, bright white, regular white, incandescent, and soft incandescent. It dims with a touch and turns on and off with two. This lamp throws a lot of light and is appropriate to almost any setting. It's a keeper.

Very easy to use. Intuitive. The light temperature choice make it a good product especially at night want you want a warm dim light before getting to bed.Low point : I really wish it was taller. A little too short for be. I place it on a cube to add some height.

I am a licensed esthetician/lash artist and use this to apply lashes. I was pretty surprised at how bright this gets! My only issue would be the touch settings on mine are kinda funky; I have to press the switch multiple times to get it to turn on or change brightness.

I love using this for doing my Crosstitch it’s not the large and bulky but yet it gives a variety of brightness settings as well as light color. It provides a strong enough light source for my needs. I really like it.
