Very entertaining little gnome
The colour of the gnome was striking and letters/face etc very professional, a little smaller than I had thought but the recipient loved it, couldn't believe that Arsenal had a gnome mascot. It went down a treat and now has pride of place.... on the fireplace!

Whether it can be used indoor or outside.
Quite delightful. However on the box and gnome it does’nt exactly say it is suitable for outside whereas your description says it can be for indoor or outdoor.
