Make sure you order the right thing
I ordered this because it was suggested to me that it would make tofu taste like egg. I have to say it certainly makes it smell like egg but am not totally convinced on the taste front. by the way ordering can be quite confusing as the salt is actually pink as is himalayan pink salt.

Tastes great
Just love this salt. I recently became vegan and missed the taste of eggs. This added into some tofu and aquafaba and a few other ingrediants really did the trick.

This is my essential vegan ingredient
I was vegetarian 32 years and went vegan 8 years ago i use this to make tofu scramble spinach tomato wraps for on the go breakfast meal prep . Add alittle of this, black pepper, Nutrional yeast (the one in the blue tub with added b12) squirt of vegan mayo hellmans is the best in a bowl add spinach few chopped toms dollop on to your wraps the wrap up in tin foil and store in the fridge then whack on to your panini press or heat in the oven . I spent a few minutes do this and I've got a delicious readymade breakfast for the rest of the week . Its the best and cheapest I've tried wouldn't be without it .5*
