Just a nice family Christmas film not to long

My 7 year old daughter has just watched this film three times in a row, and is now singing the very, very catchy Christmas song over and over again. The songs in this film are lovely, and the little girl's voices really are beautiful. The story itself is predictable, but it's a formula that works and has a happy ending. It's a great Christmas film.The only reason this film lost a star for me is that it has far more than average sad bits in it. Maybe I'm feeling overly sensitive at the moment, but the happy ending doesn't quite make up for all the misery throughout the film! Saying that, it's probably going to become a new favourite in the house, and I'm going to be tortured with it for the next few months.Alex (daughter) says: This film is very good. I absolutely love my Christmas films especially this one, love being in the Christmas spirit

My 11 year old son asked to buy this as his teacher had played it just before the Xmas holidays. We watched it as a family(including 5year old younger brother). We enjoyed it . It is what you'd you'd expect from a Disney movie- a heroine / orphan who gets to have a happy ending,a baddy who turns good and someone who needs a bit of guidance.There are songs and all this iced with lots of American sentimentality.

This is one of the best films you can watch especially over the Christmas period and adding the rest of the set to watch aswell

I loved this DVD,this is great family viewing .Even if your old or young all will love it.It has a great story to it,with all dogs playing a great role.As Santa goes missing his Santa Dog helped by friends (dogs and children)to find him,but as allways their is a bady in this film,but with out giving it away it works out for the better.This is just great christmas viewing for all,Hope you enjoy it.Ros

Little girls favourite film she absolutely loves it come completely sealed can’t wait for her to open it!

My children (4 & 2) love this film. So much so I have had to hide it as I don't want to be watching it all year round. It will only be brought back out at the appropriate time of year.An easy plot to understand and raised questions from my children about people with no Mums & Dads, which got us talking about how lucky they are to have all their family around them.Plus, the dogs are cute!
