Product worked amazing on OIL stains. I've purchased more to use in my pressure washing company.

Great for driveways
As long as you brush/work this stuff in, keep it moist, and give it a few days, it works great on oil stains (better than any oil dry product can) - best applied in ambient temps of at least 60 F. I never buy floor dry any more because the stain is always still there when you're done.
