I bought this mug, in part, because it was dishwasher safe. I use high-end washing products and other items are fine. The glaze has come off in about a month, also leaving tea stains, which is very sad for me since the handle is the right size and the mug not too heavy for me...I have severe arthritis, so this is a concern when buying. I'm very disappointed since I loved the mug, but it's ruined.
