OK, so I have never really done resistance training exercises but with my limited health condition, I decided this is one of few ways I can keep tone and somewhat healthy so when I saw these, I didn't think twice about picking them up!Using the Retrospec Lift Resistance Bands for my workouts has taken some getting used to. At first, it feels like you are not "working out". Then, you start to feel the burn and that feels good because you know you are getting some shaping happening. As you continue to work, you realize your heart is actually elevated. I found that I can just as easily keep my heartrate up while exercising with these bands as I can when I do some kind of aerobics or running. to get and keep my cardio up. I can use them to do pull-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, and more.They would also be a great way to warm up muscles before and cool down after exercising. 4 different colors of bands are four bands of different colors and resistance levels that help me with various exercises. I can use them to do pull-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, and more. They also help me stretch and warm up my muscles before and after exercising.The bands are made of natural latex, which is durable, elastic, and comfortable. They don't snap or lose their shape over time. They also don't hurt my skin or slip off my hands when I use them. The bands are easy to identify and switch between because they have the resistance range printed on them.The best thing about these bands is that they are versatile and portable. I can take them anywhere I go using them not only at home but while traveling. The carry bag is nice and makes it really so easy to keep them together and grab them on the go. If I were fully bodied again, and back to doing my normal exercise routines that I could do when I was, these resistance bands would add a great deal variety and challenge to my workouts and help me improve my strength, flexibility, and mobility. On the other side, NOT being fully able bodied, these bands are perfect for me to use for my home physical therapy and the strength exercises that are essential to keep me at most healthy.Be aware that these bands are not made to fit everybody's height. They do fit most, however if you ae extremely tall or short, or in a wheelchair, they might be just right for you. Also, these are made of latex so if you have a latex allergy, you might want to avoid these.Overall, I think the Retrospec Lift Resistance Bands are a great product! They are affordable, effective, and fun to use! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a simple and effective way to work out. 5 Stars!

Good quality product. You can find cheaper bands online, but remember you get what you pay for. I got the bands to help with pull-ups for the new army fitness test. I'm attaching the bands to a pull-up bar. I've used the widest band for one week and have already increased my pull-ups. I'm working my way up to the lowest width band with a final goal of doing pull-ups without a band.

This are simple but awesome resistance bands. They're made of thick rubber and are in pretty colors. They have a nice range of strengths. They come with a handy carrying bag too.

Colors are true to listing. These resistant bands are a great thickness, and easy to work with. They provide good, workable resistance. I also love the detailing that the storage bands are the same color as the bands themselves.

These are VERY good quality bands for the money. It comes with 4 different tension bands, each thickness reflects light, med, high, very high. The material are like matte finish, non slip, and comes with a pouch large enough to fit all 4 bands for each carry out. You won't be disappointed with these.

I use these bands for a pilates program. They are all thick and durable. The resistance is good. But they are not as light as posted in the description.

Has not broken yet, gives me a very simple work out that's low impact, and helpful.

These bands are seriously heavy-duty. The heaviest one I can barely stretch! Fantastic addition for any at-home workout routine.
