I have been dealing with back pain issues since I was about seven years old. Now that I am working at an office I sit a lot. I decide to try something new and I love this! The days that I don't wear it, I can notice that I go longer without complaining from back pain! Def recommend it!

Amazing product. I hunch and my posture is horrible. If you use this regularly for a few hours a day, your posture will improve immensely even in the first week. It keeps you honest. Minor caveat...if you suffer from tension headaches, be prepared for a few of them as this puts you into a position your body into a position into which it is not acquainted. It is very comfortable. Obviously, I wouldn't wear it in public, however, if necessary, you could wear it over an undershirt and it won't be noticeable. I definitely recommend.
