This DVD is not about playing the bass guitar. It is about making music, hence the title.If you're a musician wanting to better understand and improve your cooperation with other musicians then this is the vid for you. Besides seeing ace players at work Vic and Carter show you how easy it can be to make sense of what's going on.These two remarkable men show you how making music is much like having a conversation and that for instance yelling right from the start isn't going to get you anywhere... Some good stuff going on there!The image quality of the DVD is pretty low and reminded me of watching old VHS tapes. This is the only reason I didn't give the product 5 stars.

This DVD offers a fantastic insight in to the making of Victor Wooten's Yin Yang album and really showcases the pair. Drummers and bass players would particularly love this DVD. It shows how they came up with the drum and bass parts to the songs and is simply superb.
