Been using this shifter for a few months now - no issues and and it's pretty robust. Sturdy metal construction - endures about 6 hours of racing each week.

I could not wait to mount this on my found-wood, seated cabinet. I mounted it to my box chair (compete with A-Zon shipping packet seating). Most arcade titles only use up and does, but I hope to put some peecee games on there as well.I've only used 4 gear shifts and this is undoubtedly my favorite. It works perfectly and the industrial design was really attractive to me. It shows not feel like a plastic you (not being made of plastic helps). Plus, I don't need a cow to die so I can have a leather booted plastic shifter.Functional artwork.

I like this shifter because it has a heavy clunk, with a heavy spring. It can be difficult to shift in the far range if you aren't looking at it, but it works good. Someone had mentioned it can be setup as a sequential shifter, but there is no possible way to do that as the gates are narrow, and the spring setup wouldn't be very good for that application.

The gated shifter is so friggin good 10/10 would buy again all metal internals nice and strong to bang them gears
