These bulbs will not fit easily in a standard SBC lamp socket, solder contacts on base of bulb is much higher than on a normal bulb, and the pins on the side are pressed lumps,rather than actual pins, preventing them latching in place. The glass is wafer thin and the slightest pressure against the contact springs when inserting in a fitting causes the glass to shatter in your hand. Replaced with UK Bell brand which fitted perfectly.
