Wrong item sent.. Twice!
I ordered a 4’ Green Teddy and I was delivered a 3’ Blue one. Initiated an exchange. Next time the teddy was 4’ but the colour remained Blue. I hated the ugly blue colour. Quality was okay.

Not the same at all I ordered the brown one but it’s. A different colour as shown in the picture there is no bow and the teddy looks ugly plus the fur is also ugly not very nice
