Would have returned it if I didn't wait so long to try it...
Sharp - cuts clean, but carbide blade widths are inconsistent. Distance between the cutters is also inconsistent due to misalignment of the carbides and varying thicknesses of the spacers. By playing around with the stack order I was able to cut fingers in 3/4" material that sort of lined up, but fit too loosely. If I had to use all the cutters for thicker material, the results would be even worse.Would have returned it if I didn't wait so long to try it. Oh well; at least it's cheap.

Cutters are a little too close together. Maybe that's per design. I added shims (4 layers of washers made from a soda can) between each cutter and it works well now in soft wood. See photo. Haven't tried hard wood yet.
