Ordered genuine leather BACCA BUCCI boots on 21st Jan 2023 and in 3 months only the sole has broken off....want the refund of the same as i completely trusted the brand.

This was an impulse buy. But the product was good. Delivery was on time and the quality awesome.Never could have asked for a better product in this price range.Update:The sole on this shoe is on the stiffer side also there are not enough grooves in the toe region hence this could be a good motorcycle boot but not good enough for trekking or similar activities.
