This is a beautiful item. When it arrived, the nozzle needed just a bit of gentle tightening, but no big deal. Once the nozzle was snug, I could tell there is a very sturdy build to the metal nozzle part. The lid and the jar are classic and as-expected. It came with two parts I didn’t expect. One is for holding your fruit or tea bags or whatever, but the other part matches it and has not holes. I guess that is for ice; I don’t know, but I’m very pleased with this beautiful product!

This is our second go with this dispenser. We love it, actually. We keep fresh lemonade in the refrigerator, and it works like it should. But...my wife got a lesson in materials science when she took the dispenser out of the fridge to wash it in the sink, and hit it with hot water. Long story short, the glass shattered. Uneven thermal expansion will do that with glass. Doh! I hope to not need to buy a third one in the future, but we'll see. Or, does this come in a version made out of Pyrex...??? :-)

There always seems to be a little drip after pouring.. sometimes we catch it. The lid will rust. I saved my plastic lid from a previous jug and it fit! The spigot is good quality, but you need strong hands to assemble- does not come attached to jug. Overall happy with it, and perfect for making sun tea 3-4 times a week.

This dispenser is the perfect size for my refrigerator and came with two inserts that I wasn't expecting and I've found useful! So, bonus! I love the spigot which is much easier for me to operate than the ones where you have to push a button. I have not had any leakage issues. You'll get a few drops after you shut the spigot off but that is pretty normal for any dispensers like these. It has been great for making sun tea in as well and it has been so handy to be able to brew and easily dispense sun tea, all from the same container.I love this dispenser and definitely recommend it!

nice size jar , looks really nice on counter but ... after third use of water the glass has cracked around the spout and is leaking on counter , i have contacted seller about warranty , UPDate on jar seller replaced jar immediately after it developed crack , great company . The Jar is perfect very happy with it
