Just buy a different sign
Got this twice, but that's on me. First one came in the mail cracked in 3 different places, returned it, got a new one. Set up second one, and it burned out and won't turn on - don't waste your money.

Burnt out
Received my neon sign, plugged it in and set it up. 30 minutes after hanging I heard a weird noice, started smelling like burnt then the neon sign flickered off and smoke was coming out of the lettering. Smelled horrific as if something was burning so I unplugged it immediately. Hoping it was a defective one and getting a new one.. idk
