This handlebar bag isn't really a bag. It's more like a case. Absolutely perfect for bike or scooter riders. The waterproof hard shell adds protection to my belongings. This is a nice bag that hold extra stuff while we are riding our scooters. Due to the location of the headlight on our scooter, it can't be placed exactly the way it should, but hangs a bit lower. It still works fine. The outer shell is sturdy and strong, and although we don't ride in the rain, but it seems to be waterproof, which is great. It holds a good amount of stuff, and the hook-and-loop is very strong too,

This is perfect for our electric scooter. It is very adjustable and allows the container to be below the headlight. We don’t ride it at night, but I really don’t like the idea of it being blocked.It took about 5 minutes to install (adjusting and all). It’s pretty easy to zip and seems very sturdy. It isn’t a hard plastic, but it should do a great job of protecting your belongings as long as you are not in a head on crash. I haven’t (and probably won’t) test it’s water resistance since I won’t let the kids take the scooter out when it is wet so I can’t speak to that.Overall, this is great! Very adjustable and works exactly as I had hoped/expected it to.

This is a great bag, it holds my steel 3 foot lock and a couple small items like hand sanitizer and granola bars. If I opt to wrap my lock around the frame instead, then this holds my phone, wallet, snacks and still has some wiggle room.It has a hard material all the way around, so I feel like if I took a fall, my phone/items inside the bag would not be damaged.The only thing I dislike about this is that the zipper is a little hard to use. I have to hold the whole bag steady and move the zipper up/down a few times to loosen it up as it gets stuck. I have never been able to one-handed open or close this. Hopefully with more time it'll break-in, but so far it hasn't happened yet.
