It holds stuff!
Haha, I mean it does what it says it will do. I’ve got it on the wall over a litter box to fill with collected waste. Holds bags great with the ring. And I feel better having a small bucket with a biodegradable starch bag and emptying it more often than a larger can and a plastic bag. The little sticky pad seems to be holding it and a decently full load at the moment, so I’m happy. Though I might add a couple screws or at least nails later just in case.

Good, but could be great...
All in all, this is a very nice can. I especially like the liner ring at the top that holds the compost bag in place. But I have one big problem, which you could either call a design flaw or just lack of foresight: the hook attachment is made so that you can only hang the can on the outside of a cabinet door -- it's too short to hang on the inside, as the can can't clear the lip of the cabinet. If only the hook were an inch longer, you could hang it on the inside or outside.

Solved a problem, works great, wet kitchen trash and compost…
What to do with compost and wet kitchen trash? Without a food disposal that’s always a problem. This little bin fit perfect in our under-cabinet pullout trash. There’s a holder for air fresheners (cut up some of the “tree” air fresheners) in the lid so kitchen trash doesn’t smell and the back of the pullout is nicely accessible for dry trash, or you could easily use it for recyclables too.

Pretty good
Got the EKO Puro Mini in green for my kitchen, and it’s been a real space-saver! Fits snugly on the wall, and the lid’s a nice touch - keeps things looking tidy. Perfect for those small kitchen scraps and peelings. The color’s pretty stylish too. If you’ve got a smaller kitchen or just want a neat little food waste caddy, this one’s a solid pick!

Could use some improvements
The sizing is great. I use it over my kitchen door for my compost scraps. That being said, the mechanics of the lid could use some adjusting…it’s a little too slider friendly. Which means every time I shut the cupboard door the lid slides open …it’s honestly kinda of annoying. My other chief complaint is the door bar itself - it easily detaches from the garbage bin. Probably wouldn’t be such a problem if it was bolted down - which the hardware is included for that which is nice.

Stylish trash bin!
I recently decided to upgrade my kitchen with a more space-efficient trash solution and came across the EKO Puro Wall-Mounted Trash Can. Intrigued by its compact size of almost 1.5 gallons, and the convenience of a wall-mounted design, I thought it would be perfect for my small kitchen. The day it arrived, I was eager to set it up. Installation was surprisingly straightforward. In no time, I had it hanging securely on the wall, the lid smoothly opening with just a gentle touch. Its sleek design blended seamlessly with my kitchen decor, a pleasant change from the usual floor-standing bins. The first real test came during a weekend cooking session. As I prepped my ingredients, I found the wall-mounted bin incredibly handy. I could easily sweep peels and wrappers directly into it without cluttering the countertop or making multiple trips to a larger bin. Its size was just right for daily use, and the lid effectively contained any smells. One evening, while entertaining friends, several commented on its practicality and modern look. It wasn't just a trash can; it had become a part of my kitchen's aesthetic.Cleaning the bin was also a breeze. The inner bucket lifted out easily, making it simple to empty and rinse. This feature was a major plus, considering the sticky messes that can sometimes accumulate in kitchen bins. This trash can has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. It's space-saving, convenient, and stylish. For anyone with a smaller kitchen or limited floor space, this hanging trash can is definitely worth considering.

Perfect little trash bin, but make sure you read the dimensions!
Good quality even though I think the price is quite high for such a small item, as I can get relatively good items four times this size for around five dollars at the dollar store. But I needed this exact size so I'm glad I found it.Pros:- The label is not glued on the item, it's a paper insert installed on the edge of the bin. It takes only a second to remove and there is no glue residue to take care of. I wish more companies did this.- Item seems to be of very good quality, the kind you would find at regular stores, not the dollar store.- Flawless plastic injection as far as I can tell.- Both the trash bin and the lid are straight, similar cheaper items at the dollar store would probably be warped.- The lid in particular is much sturdier (thicker plastic) than what I was expecting.- The bottom part is in two halves which will hold the trash bag in place.- It has a small handle to transport it more easily.- Both a door hook and a wall hook with adhesive are included. The wall hook also seems to have two countersunk holes for screws (not included).Cons:- The lid is not hinged, but there is a small "hook" under it to hang it from the side of the bin.- The white model was nearly four dollars more than the other colours at the time I bought it.** Less than a week later, the price of the white model is the same as the other colours. Not really a con unless you don't read the description, but it is really small, so make sure to read the dimensions.Dimensions and weight:- I can confirm that measuring from the lid, which is the biggest dimensions at the top, the trash bin is 6-3/8" x 4-3/4" x 8". Keep in mind the handle sticks out a bit on the sides so you need a bit more than 6-3/8" in width, and the door/wall hook adds around 1/4" behind it, so you need 5" total from front to back.- The weight of the trash bin with the lid is 240 grams, and totals 255 grams with the door hook.
