Westin32-0055 Bull Bar License Plate Relocator Black

Moved to a state that requires a front license plate, took just a few minutes to install on my bull bar, didn't take away the looks from anything, satisfied!

License plate bracket works perfect, comes with hardware to install.

Bracket worked just as you would expect and does a great job holding my front plate. My bull bar was on the truck for years before I purchased it so it was a little tricky to install the bracket. Thankfully I just had to loosen the bull bars mounting bolts to tip it forward to gain access to the skid plate bolt required to mount the bracket. Then the skid plate bolt was a 4mm Allen which scared me at first thinking it may strip and I would be hosed. Thankfully I took my time to clean out the bolts head, found the right side Allen key, and the bolt was a very high quality stainless steel. If your bull barn is already installed just take your time and it should go on without any issues!

I bought a bull bar from American Muscle for my 2015 Ford F150. Can't recall the name brand of the bar.Anyhow, a plate bracket was needed and this one was located on Amazon.I believe the bolt on the bottom of the bar was a 5mm hex. It wasn't easy to remove; having to reach over the bar and contort your hand on a awkward position to remove the bolt.The bolt does come with a lock and flat washer.The bracket is pretty simple to bolt in place. It even comes with two penny sized rubber pads to place on the bar where the two plate support brackets come up over the bar.This takes around 10-15 minutes from start to finish. Pretty simple once the pesky bolt comes out!

Worked great. The instructions are incorrect in one regard. This comes with two rubber bumpers that guard this bracket from rubbing on the bar. The instructions say to put the bumpers in a place where contact between the two parts is not even close. Put the bracket on the bar before bolting it on to see where contact will occur, and the put the rubber bumpers on in that spot. The instructions for this bracket and the bull bar itself are definitely lacking in accuracy and clarity. Proceed with caution when installing the bar and this bracket. This bracket must be installed on bar before bar is bolted to the truck.

Install of this took all of about 90 seconds, just remove the single allen screw that holds the skid plate on by sticking a long allen wrench through the "S" in Westin on the skid plate. No removal of the bar is necessary if it's already mounted. It's a little on the pricy side but quality is good and the threaded brass inserts for the plate are a nice touch. Would buy again, solid product.

Received item as advertised. Did not fit a topline brand that I had to make modification (had to drill a hole to the bullbar) in order for the bracket to safely attached to the bullbar. It came out alright. However, It took longer than I planned (approx 2 hrs. as I had to completely removed/reinstall the bullbar) to properly installed the bracket.

My bull bar was installed years ago. I did not need it to remove the bull bar to install this license relocator. I used a long #4 hex key ball-end. It was long enough to use a vice grip on it cause that bolt had never been removed in the life of the truck (2007).Do not need to remove bull bar to install. I did not remove bull bar to install this. Hope that is clear. It’s not like others say.

you have no choice on a 2014 Tundra but to add the plate relocator to yr westin grill guard .. but remember to install it on the bar before you attach the bar to yr tundra frame ..a nice addition and a sleek look ...
